  • 45-minute consultation to understand your current fitness level, lifestyle, schedule and challenges.


Personalized Goal Setting

  • We identify clear, realistic goals tailored specifically to your wants, needs, and lifestyle.
  • Goals may include weight loss, strength building, endurance, mobility or overall health.


Customized Action Plan

  • A structured plan designed to help you reach your goals step-by-step.
  • Includes workout structure, habit strategies and lifestyle guidance.


Bi-monthly Zoom Check-Ins

  • 15-minute bi-monthly (2x/month) video check-ins to review progress, discuss challenges, adjust plans and keep momentum going.


Accountability & Progress Tracking

  • Ongoing monitoring of your progress to keep you consistent and motivated.
  • Adjustments made as needed to keep you moving forward.


Daily Text Support

  • Direct message support Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
