From Fitness Adventure Retreats to life coaching to fitness programming to art services, we provide opportunities for you to reach your health, wellness and mindfulness goals. History
L I F E is the long time ambition of Bird Thompson, who's mission in life is to embrace the potential of positive perspective and help others do the same.... i.e. to positively impact people through providing experiences that change their lives. Bird first started understanding the fulfillment of providing impactful experiences for others through YMCA Camp Cherokee and eventually co founding Camp LUCK. Summer camps led to the love of the outdoors and adventure at an early age. This love, along with growing up playing sports and staying in shape, created the value of importance in health and fitness. Thus, the combination of helping others, pursuing wellness and yearning for adventure has led to put them all together with another important aspect that has helped him become altruistic...travel.

Our Logo: The Koru
The koru (Maori for 'loop or coil') originates from New Zealand. The spiral shape evokes a newly unfurling frond from a silver fern. It is an integral symbol in Maori art, carving and tattooing, where it symbolizes new life, growth, strength and peace. It's shape "conveys the idea of perpetual movement," while the inner coil "suggests returning to the point of origin."
